If your garment does not fit, Gospavic will reimburse 10% of the original garment price to cover alteration fees with your local tailor.
Should your local tailor will not be able to adjust your garment for any reason, Gospavic will remake the entire garment.
To apply for a remake, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days from the receipt of your order (You will have to provide the proof of receiving the order date). Describe your issue as accurately as possible (you will also be asked to send pictures of the garment).
One of our agents will contact you within the next 24-48 hours. After verifying your case, you will be asked to send your garment to our offices to proceed to the remake of your garment.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In rare cases, due to limited fabric supply, some items may be unavailable to be completely remade. In this case, you may be asked to choose an alternative fabric for your replacement garment.
